Terms of Service

Last updated: May 9, 2026

WalletDeploy is operated by CompuStable Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using WalletDeploy at walletdeploy.com or any associated tools (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What WalletDeploy Is

WalletDeploy is a client-side browser tool that constructs blockchain transactions and sends them to your wallet for signing. It is infrastructure tooling — nothing more.

2. Assumption of Risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you sign and broadcast a transaction, it cannot be undone. You are solely responsible for verifying every transaction before signing.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept:

AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF ACCESS TO BLOCKCHAIN PROGRAMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. FOR FREE TIER USERS, THIS AMOUNT IS ZERO ($0).

5. Your Responsibilities
